JUDY SANTIAGO

Judy Santiago is a devoted wife of 45 years to her husband, Ralph Santiago, and a proud mother of three grown children. She treasures her family, including her son Jose and his wife Ana Subida, her daughter Allyson Hansen and her husband Nick Hansen, and her beloved grandson, Asher, whose joyful personality, intelligence, and energy bring great happiness to the family.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Judy came to the United States in 1978 to pursue a career in nursing. For approximately 15 years, she specialized in oncology (cancer) nursing, serving patients and families during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Through those experiences, she developed a deep passion for helping people, listening to their concerns, and providing guidance and support.
In 1996, Judy made a life-changing career transition from nursing to the financial services industry. She recognized that many families were struggling financially, not because they lacked income, but because they lacked a clear financial strategy. This realization inspired her mission to help individuals and families achieve financial security and peace of mind.
Throughout her career, Judy earned licenses in Series 6, Series 63, Series 26, as well as Life and Health Insurance. She advanced into leadership and served as an Agency Manager, overseeing and mentoring more than 150 licensed financial professionals.
Judy’s passion is simple yet powerful:

This mission has guided her work for nearly three decades.
As a certified John Maxwell Coach, Judy has embraced the principles of personal growth, leadership, and service. While she has not focused on coaching as a separate profession, she has consistently applied these principles in her personal life, business practice, and relationships with clients and colleagues.
At the heart of Judy’s work is her signature 6 Steps to Financial Freedom Strategy Plan. This process was developed to help individuals and families create a clear path toward financial independence and long-term security.
